Answer: Once we receive your request we will email you confirming the time and date you have requested.

Answer: Yes, We do recommend calling/texting or email for the fastest response to find an opening that works for you.
Q: Can conventional oil be used after synthetic or vice versa?
Answer: The fact is you can switch back and forth between conventional and synthetic without fearing any harm will come to your engine.
Q: How long does it take for me to get a response back?
Answer: The typical response time is within the same day.
Q: How do I pay?
Answer: Once your service is complete we accept all major credit cards, Cash, E-Transfer, as well as Cheques
Q: What days and times can I book?
Answer: We are open 7 Days a week, from 8am-8pm.
Q: Can I cancel or reschedule?
Answer: Yes we do ask you do so a day before your service, there are no fees/penalties.

Q: Do I need to have a Garage?
Answer: No the one great thing about The Lube Van is we can perform your oil change anywhere anytime! Even at your works parking lot!
Q: How do you guys perform the oil change outside?
Answer: We have two different methods the drain plug method as well as our extraction system which is great for European cars that don't have easily accessible drain plugs. Both methods ensure complete removal of oil as well as not a single drop landing on your garage floor.
Q: What brand of oil do you use?
Answer: We use Mobil 1 and Pennzoil as our main brand of oil.
Q: Can I book my service the same day?
Answer: Yes, you can visit our online calendar when booking to find the earliest time slot or call us for special requests and emergency services.
Q: Do I keep my new vehicle warranty?
Answer: Absolutely, all our services meet or exceed warranty requirements and manufacture specifications which will be noted on your service report. So you can rest assure your vehicle is being serviced the right way.
Q: Will there be a mess on my driveway?
Answer: No, We take all precautions to ensure not a drop of oil, or mess will remain before we leave.
Q: Can I buy my own oil and filter and just use the service?
Answer: Yes, you can the typical service charge with out oil and filter is $60-$80
Q: Can I Cancel or Reschedule My Service Appointment?
Answer: Yes, we ask you to cancel or reschedule your appointment one (1) day before your service, there are no fees/penalties.
Q: Do you only perform oil changes?
Answer: No, we are a complete service station focused on proper maintenance for your vehicle. A few of our services include Electrical Diagnostics, transmission services , all types of filters, accessory belts, A/C recharging and many more!
